Have a question? Look through the FileZilla forums and the wiki before writing to anyone; most answers are already there.

Anything that looks like a defect, or an idea for a new capability, belongs in the trackers rather than in a mailbox. Search first so the same entry is not filed twice.

Direct mail to the author is possible, yet support questions, wish lists and bug descriptions sent that way will not be handled — the forums and trackers exist for those. The address is [email protected]. Messages asking how to operate the program usually go unanswered simply because there are far too many of them, so the forums remain the faster route. Attachments in closed formats such as .doc or .rar cannot be opened, please avoid them.
